The Restaurant
The restaurant itself is very
well-established with a history going
back to 1993 - it was the first in
China town, the Arcadian centre and the
first Japanese restaurant in Birmingham.
Both the interior and signage reflect
the colours of the Japanese flag - red
and white - whilst inside it is a
classic linear design with screens,
black leather and ivory walls.
The staff aim to create a feel of Japan
in the heart of Birmingham, with a
private atmosphere to take you away from
it all. Using the freshest ingredients,
the chefs introduce the food to you
course by course and explain what they
are doing at each stage.
